Common Questions

The inspection will identify defects, areas in need of repairs, safety concerns, ongoing maintenance needs, and will outline the general overall condition of the major aspects of the home. Additional evaluation by a specialist may be recommended – such as a chimney sweep for a fireplace.

After the inspection we compile a well organized, easy-to-read report with photos detailing all of my findings. A sample report can be found here.

This report is emailed to you (and your Realtor if desired) within 24 hours of the inspection.
